The room was very big and very clean. The price of the shrimp tarts and garlic buns was almost affordable. However, the food arrived later than the scheduled time. It took about 30 minutes to wait, so I had to wait patiently. Other than that, everything has been a good experience since checking in. I will go there again and recommend it to other friends if I have the chance.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.Room was clean and delightful,we took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner and have drinks.It was great.Service top notch,offering incredible staycation packages.Again, the impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed and thank you so much. Nice lobby with some sort grand decor. Additionally, the buffets served were highly sumptuous,we love it and definitely will come back again.
The room is bigger than expected, especially the toilet, there is a full tank and a bathtub 👍🏻 The overall cleanliness is ok, only the coffee table in the room is behind the chair... Check-in took a bit of time (about 50 mins) as there was a long queue, but the check-in process was efficient once we reached the counter. The room was a good size and included a sofa and coffee table in the room. My son liked the free minibar items. Beds were comfortable. Both my son and daughter enjoyed the cocktail time because 'finger fish' was served. Red and white wine, coffee, tea, soft drinks and vodka were served. Afternoon tea was a good as a break time activity for us and we enjoyed the finger sandwiches. The breakfast buffet was enjoyed by the whole family and there was something for everyone.
Pick a package this time and stay in the VIP floor lounge to enjoy breakfast for two, afternoon tea and evening cocktail sprinkles. The front desk clerk was very polite when we checked in, and because we were staying for 4 people this time, we arranged a connecting room for us. The afternoon tea time is one hour, we chose the 2:30 time, the food style is not too much, the taste is acceptable, and the environment is comfortable. The swimming pool is in the Marcopolo hotel, and you have to go through the mall. The swimming pools are a few deep, the shallowest is 1.5 meters, not too many people. I chose the evening cocktail at 6:30. There are red, white wine and other drinks. There are more choices of food styles. The taste is good and it is very full.
This time I joined the lounge package of the Gateway Hotel, and it doesn't cost $1,000. I feel very satisfied. Although afternoon tea and evening cocktails also provide ordinary food, the environment is also very peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast buffet the next day was at Three on Canton, with a lot of food choices. The only difficulty is that to swim in Marco Polo’s swimming pool, you need to go through the Harbour City Mall or the ground Canton Road. The situation is a bit awkward, but it is better than no facilities. The service staff in the reception, restaurant or swimming pool are also friendly. In addition to the birthday, the hotel also gave a nice blueberry cheesecake as a birthday cake. My husband and I were also very satisfied.
The package is really worth the value. The Room was big. There was no view as the hotel is sorrounded by the other buildings. We just paid HKD978 we enjoy the Afternoon Tea Buffet, Cocktail Evening and Specially the Breakfast Buffet with very good variety of food are available. We check in early 12:30 noon instead of 3pm and check out 1pm. Staff was very helpfull and polite (Cristina Wong - The Continental Club). The location is good. In general it was a pleasant stay. I will stay again next time. Very highly recommended, I already book another package for my Daughter.
