Overall good product. I used this to connect my cell phone and computer to wifi. Works really well. Sometimes there are some minor connectivity issues where I have to log back into the wifi, but this might be due to my old cell phone rather than the device. Battery lasts long. One downside is that it is quite heavy. It comes in a bulky carrying case. The device can be used in English, Chinese (traditional and simplified), and Korean. Delivery to hotel was smooth as expected. Overall great product for those who don't want to or can't get a local SIM.
