Okinawa Sunset Kayak Tour with Photos

I really liked the trip. I happened to see the sunset🌇. It was very beautiful. The instructor would help take pictures, but it was not a professional photography and it looked ordinary. Because there was some delay in our itinerary, we told them that we might arrive a little later, but we were sternly told that if we were late, we would not be able to participate at all and there would be no refunds. We had to arrive before 16:00, so we rushed like crazy to get there on time, but we were still at the scene. I still had to wait for almost half an hour before setting off, and I also saw that other groups were still able to participate even though they were late, which I didn’t feel very good about. You can bring your mobile phone and camera while playing and taking pictures. There is a high chance that pants and underwear will get wet, so it is recommended to bring an extra piece. He will change us into slippers. This is not bad. You can bring an extra towel to wipe your feet. It is more convenient to change shoes ashore. . Overall, it is recommended that you must visit Okinawa.

Excellent experience for our entire family (4 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 6)! Changing facilities were clean and tidy, and life jackets were quite new/well maintained. A few minutes of easy and clear instructions and off we went into the Bise River! After a short period of practice, we first visited the mangroves, before rowing towards the bright orange sun! There were some rock formations slightly offshore in the open sea, where we rowed around and even spotted some small fish in sharp-blue color! And there we watched the beautiful sun disappearing into the western horizon with huge satisfaction. Our guide helped us with a few photos which he promptly shared with us through email (other means like Line possible), but we actually brought our phones (in waterproof cases) with us so were able to take some great pictures along the way.

This tour was amazing, way above my expectations. First we had a ride around the mangrove trees and the instructor told us about them. Then we went out to the ocean to see the sunset which was beautiful. Totally recommend this tour!

I went on the 16:30 tour on January 30th. If you are a traveler with accommodations in Naha City, it is a bit difficult to go back and forth by bus. I was worried because I was the only group that came alone, but the staff rode with me and took pictures with a camera and sent them to me. I also received mangrove seeds as a gift! It was a very friendly staff. The cloudy sky cleared at just the right time and I could see the sunset well. It was my first time kayaking, but it wasn't difficult! I recommend it if you want to try kayaking in Okinawa.

Although we didn't get to see a sunset, the whole experience was great! The guide was friendly and helpful. They provide slippers and water proof pants so that our shoes and pants wouldn't be wet. It was also nice to kayak towards the sea as well as when it starts to turn dark. I highly recommend this.

I went on a kayak sunset tour with a friend and it was a really fun and good experience. There were a lot of clouds so I wasn't able to see the sunset properly, but just kayaking and seeing the scenery was a worthwhile experience. Both of us only know Japanese, thank you, but they explained it in English too so you don't have to worry. The instructor who guided us was also a very fun and cheerful person. If you are in Okinawa and want to enjoy activities, I highly recommend the sunset tour.

The road from the Hija River to the sea is so nice. I couldn't enjoy the sunset properly because the weather was cloudy, but thanks to the cloudy weather, I was able to enjoy the kayak more coolly. Even a 6-year-old could easily do it. Most of all, the instructor was so kind. It was a tough process of rowing hard for 2 hours, but it was fun. I am proud that I have created good memories for my children. Highly recommended~

Recommended activities: If you are a beginner, it is recommended to join the 3-hour Kayak class because it is not far away. If you go to the evening sunset group, you should be prepared because the route is far. You may miss the bus after the latter. If you live near the American Village, you can ask the center staff to call a taxi for you, but you have limited money. If you go to the restaurant directly afterwards, it is best to go to another center next to it to take a shower: ￥200/15 minutes. It is best to take a taxi back to the hotel and go out for dinner after taking a shower.

Highly recommend for all ages! We got a little wet but was great fun. Crocs are provided but remember to bring own towels.
