I rented a scooter for two days. I was troubled when the person who came to pick up the scooter did not show up even at the promised time of 4:30 p.m. to return it. I contacted them as a reminder in the morning, but they did not read it and did not come at the promised time, so I was really worried because I had booked a bus to leave Dalat after that. I called many times and finally managed to get in touch, but it seems that they were sleeping and were late for the promised time. They showed up around 5 p.m. Please be aware that this can happen if you get a random staff member.

Very easy deal with the staff. They will text you through Whatsapp on confirmation. You will have to provide only passport picture and send to them. You do not have to pump 50K VND (this is fullest) if you did not drive too far. In my case, I went from City (night market area) to Datanla Waterfall and Clay Tunnel then back to city did not use even half of the fuel. 20-30K fuel is enough for this trip. Because when the staff send the motorcycle to you, they will give you almost empty fuel one and request you to pump 50K full tank. No need to follow this, instead you go to pump station and request only enough for ride amount of fuel.
