Initially the location from Klook was wrong but it was corrected after I complained to the operator MakCik Gemuk. Life jackets were provided and worn when on the boat. They followed the the itinerary and punctual. Hiking and snorkelling was enjoyable. Lunch that was included in the package was good. Staff on the boat were helpful
Very good service from Klook, it was good that I booked early as the day itself, no walk in customers were allowed as all tix sold out. During weekends, I would certainly recommend booking earlier through Klook. Redemption was fast, and since I came alone and early, the boat operator allowed me to take an earlier trip at 8 a.m. Overall, Pulau Kapas is certainly so relaxing, I enjoyed my time. Pointers to those visiting : please bring hiking shoes, the place is gorgeous for hiking as well, and if you have enough time, consider staying overnight. Kampung Koko serves tasty food. overall, great trip, all thanks to Klook

I had a very good experience with this boat transfer service from Merang to Pulau Kapas. The booking process was smooth and straightforward. The person in charge was very friendly, polite, and responsive to all my questions. The boat departed on time, and the journey was comfortable and well organized. the tour counter located at marang jetty car park. it's convenience and easy to redemp. service and the guide were good. price was reasonable. depart on time at 0930 to kapas jetty. 2 hours open sea snokeling plus the free and easy at the island. fnb is available at the cafe on the island. expect island price. recommended to book advance during peak season.
the boat transfer was done smoothly. had to queue a while at the conservation fee counter due to peak hours. otherwise, the boat staff was very helpful.
smooth trip to kapas island. they provide a flexible/many schedule boat time for us to choose which make it great flexibility
