• Passengers must check-in 45 minutes before published departure time. This is for seat confirmation. Confirmed bookings shall be cancelled and released to chance passengers upon failure of the passengers to check-in at least 45 minutes before published departure time.
• For bookings made outside our office hours (08:00-17:00 PhST), kindly wait for our business to resume in the morning later or following day to receive the Supercat e-ticket.
• Kindly make sure you have selected the correct time and date of your trip. Please double check before proceeding to payment page.
• Please present the said e-ticket in the terminal to skip the line.
• Note: PWD/Senior Tickets are applicable only to local residents

Luggage Information

• Maximum 15 kilos free baggage allowance per person. In excess, passenger will have to pay on-site at the SupercatCounter PhP 15/kilo (may change without prior notice)
• Each passenger is allowed to bring on board two (2) hand carried baggages not exceeding a total of 0.10 cbm in volume.
• All baggage must be tagged with owners name and address.

Eligibility

• For infants (0-2y.o), ticket will only be available at the Supercat ticketing office outside the pier.

Additional information

• A softcopy of pax ID must be submitted to avail of infant rate, child rate, student rate, senior rate or PWD rate. In the event pax does not submit ID, the regular rate can still be applied.
• Pregnant Women who are 8 months pregnant are allowed to board provided a valid doctor’s certificate is presented stating her fitness to travel. The passenger must also sign a waiver. But during rough seas, pregnant women are not allowed to board.
• This vehicle is wheelchair-accessible
• Senior Citizen discount are applicable to Filipino Citizens. Filipino citizens must present a Senior Citizen ID issued by DSWD, OSCA, FSCA or any official ID that indicates the age of the passenger.

Travel Requirements

• Pregnant passengers must bring a certificate of fit to travel issued by their doctor on their scheduled trip regardless of the number of months of their pregnancy
• Note: PWD/Senior Tickets are applicable only to local residents
