What I enjoyed most about Spa Land was the variety of saunas and themed rooms, each designed with different temperatures and materials such as salt, clay, and charcoal. Moving from one room to another was both relaxing and refreshing, and it felt like a complete wellness experience. The atmosphere was very calm and clean, which made it easy to fully relax. The hot baths were also excellent. Soaking in the warm pools after walking around the city all day helped relieve my tired muscles. Everything was well-maintained, and the facilities were modern and comfortable.
Due to the rain that day, we made a last-minute change to our plans. You can purchase tickets on-site and use them immediately. On-site ticket prices are 26,000 Korean Won for adults and 21,000 Korean Won for children. However, since the Busan Pass also grants free entry, it was quite crowded. The package purchased through the platform allowed for a 4-hour stay, which I initially thought was too long. It turns out 4 hours wasn't enough! You can rest and dine inside, which is very convenient, and the food is quite delicious too.
During my recent trip to Busan, the most unforgettable experience was definitely Shinsegae Spa Land! This Korean sauna is located inside a department store and the environment is extremely luxurious and clean, completely shattering my preconceived notions about traditional Korean saunas. [Facilities and Environment] The space inside is vast, offering more than 10 different themed sauna rooms, ranging from low-temperature salt baths to high-temperature loess rooms. I personally highly recommend the outdoor foot bath; soaking your feet while breathing in the fresh air on a chilly day is truly enjoyable. The seating in the relaxation area is also very comfortable, making you fall asleep unconsciously. [Service and Convenience] Booking tickets via Klook was very convenient; simply showing the QR code at the entrance allows for quick entry. The electronic wristband inside the facility can record all spending (such as massage chairs, restaurants), and you can settle the bill upon departure, which is very user-friendly. [Summary] Not only are the facilities here high-end, but the price is also very reasonable. Although there is a 4-hour time limit (which can be extended with a certain amount of spending within the facility), it is more than enough to relax the body and mind. Whether it's a couple's date or a family trip, it's perfect and an absolute must-try five-star experience when visiting Busan!
This place is huge with so many options to enjoy. You are provided a locker and use of clothes consisting of a top and shorts. You don't need to get naked around others unless you want to enjoy the numerous pools of a variety of temperatures, or get a body scrub. This part is gender separate. The rest of the spa is for all so go with friends or as it looked, go on a date. There are many rooms types to try saunas, cold, and mediation. I especially enjoyed the outdoor foot bath area. There were pools with sections of warm or cool water to soak your feet. A stone path to stimulation the soles of your feet, hammock swing chairs and partitioned areas to sit. Back inside there were areas to rest on loungers, take a nap on a mat or enjoy something from the snack bar in a common area. Go for the full Jjimjilbang tradition and enjoy some boiled eggs. I only had 2-1/2 hours to spend and so I didn't have time to checkout the restaurant upstairs. It was relaxing and fun to explore. Go!
After a red-eye flight, Spa Land in Busan was the perfect retreat before hotel check-in. With diverse sauna rooms, an outdoor foot spa, and spacious relaxation areas, it exceeded expectations in both comfort and ambiance. Whether recovering from travel or indulging in self-care, Spa Land is a highly recommended haven for relaxation 🤗
PSA: the entrance ticket covers only entry; additional costs for services like the self-help ramen bar, matcha desserts, ice cream, nail services, and massages are charged to your bracelet. We tried the foot massage for 88,000 won (60 mins) — pricey but worth it. Spaland is located in Shinsegae department store, making it easy to shop afterward. Overall, a nice experience to try in Busan!
Definitely one of the best jjimjilbang (Korean spas) I've ever been to, Spa Land Centum City was an incredible experience! The facility has been well designed, is quite clean, and is rather large. As soon as you enter, everything feels high-end. The most notable aspect was the serene and quiet ambiance—this isn't your typical cacophonous spa. It is elegant, calm, and geared primarily towards adults looking for true relaxation.
Spa Land in Busan is a great place to relax and unwind. It’s located inside the Shinsegae Centum City mall and has many hot baths and themed sauna rooms like the Ice Room and Pyramid Room. The place is very clean and modern, with comfortable lounges and tasty Korean snacks. It’s affordable, and you can stay for up to four hours, with options to extend. Overall, it’s a relaxing and refreshing experience that’s perfect after a long day or trip!
