Once Upon A Thai Spa and Massage at Phrom Phong in Bangkok

It's located within a 10-minute walk from the BTS station, and the environment is very clean and well-maintained. The whole experience was very comfortable. The massage therapist constantly checked if there was any discomfort. I even fell asleep at the end! There were also star lights on the ceiling, with very soft lighting. Unfortunately, the guests next door were a bit loud, which was a little disruptive. My friend had the Thai herbal massage, and they even gave her the unused herbal balm to take home, which I thought was great!

booked for the traditional massage and while it was great, it felt like i had to endure the pain. but i think that was my bad as i opted for ‘hard’ pressure thinking i could handle it and was too shy to tell her. lol the masseuse was an old lady and she was really nice and accommodating. pre and post massage. love the complimentary ice cream (thai tea), hot tea, and warm compress after the massage.

First time getting a massage, and I really think it's worth it! The entire environment and atmosphere are very comfortable, the masseuse is very professional, and the meridian massage hits all the right spots. The technique is really superb, and we had aromatherapy with essential oils. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. You can feel the care and professionalism in every step. This time, they also used herbal compresses for heat and pressure. The hand pressure was very soothing and hit the right spots, allowing the tense body to get the maximum stress relief. Plus, the masseuse was kind and gentle. When we first arrived, they provided warm tea, and at the end, there was soothing tea and snacks. They also offered a hot compress for the shoulders and neck to warm the neck. It really made me love the experience and feeling of Thai massage. The rating is super high, and I sincerely recommend it!

Located near Phrom Phong station. Has a nice ambience. Room came with shower to wash up after massage session. Masseur was able to accommodate to my request for a more powerful massage.

I stumbled upon this spa during my last trip to Bangkok and loved it so much that I decided to return. This time, I was again fortunate to have an excellent therapist, and the treatment was superb. While other spas have significantly increased their prices, this one still offers great value, and I hope they continue to do so. It's currently my favorite spa.

The masseuse who performed the full-body massage was excellent, and the environment was very comfortable. Afterward, we were offered a small snack and given a local herbal ball, which needs to be steamed. Overall, it was quite good.

Always knew this massage parlor is very famous in Thailand but before going to Thailand when I did not have time to experience this time finally have the opportunity! staff and masseur are very nice massage process very comfortable especially when pressing the herbal ball at the end there is an herbal ball for me to take back to apply very comfortable! Will come again next time!

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we walked in. The shop isn’t big but feels cozy and comfortable. We booked Sky After Rain through Klook, which seemed cheaper. we chose our ice cream flavor, essential oil, and scrub by filing out the form, I picked Holy Wood oil (relaxing woody scent, highly recommended) and Tamarind scrub, both were great. Our therapists, Pang and Rung, were professional and spoke basic English. They always checked on the pressure and took very good care of us. The massage room had a starry-sky ceiling with soft music, which made the experience extra relaxing. My husband likes stronger pressure and thought Rung was excellent. After the session, they served dessert and tea, which were both delicious. They also offered a warm neck compress, available for purchase. The service never felt rushed, the atmosphere was great, and everything was clean and well managed. ✨ Highly recommended if you’re looking for a professional yet relaxing massage experience in Bangkok!

It was very convenient and quick for our family of three to purchase packages directly from Klook. This was our first time visiting the spa for a 3-hour full body scrub and essential oil massage. We all felt the attentiveness of the massage therapists, who focused on areas where we had particular discomfort. The pressure was just right, allowing us to enjoy 3 hours of relaxation. We will definitely come back for another massage next time we have the chance!

After the massage, you can choose 1 out of 3 desserts. It feels like an oil pressure massage, not sure what the difference is. There's a starry sky ceiling, but I was asleep the whole time... The massage itself was pretty good. Key point: they don't wait at the door for a tip after the massage!
