Commencing on 10th June, 2025, Palm Court reopens as Hong Kong’s premier gin destination — a refined bar for aficionados of the botanical spirit, offering an exceptional 350-label gin library and a newly launched series of innovative cocktails, all meticulously crafted by trusted mixologists. Among the collection is The Langham Gin, created in small batches in Hong Kong using the double-distillation style of a classic London Dry. Its complex profile blends herbaceous and floral notes — most notably ginger lily, jasmine tea, and local raw honey — making it the signature expression of the bar. The Langham Afternoon Tea
Hong Kong, 31 December 2025 – This January and February, The Langham, Hong Kong is set to kickstart 2026 with a brand-new afternoon tea collaboration with Skin Need, Hong Kong’s own skincare brand that highlights the artistry between nature and effort. In its persistent pursuit of wellness, the brand’s expansive collection of carefully crafted products aligns with The Langham’s stylish execution in perfecting the formula of an exquisite afternoon pastime through sweet and savoury delights designed and crafted by The Langham’s Executive Pastry Chef, Tin Lai.
Created in Hong Kong with wellness in mind, Skin Need presents non-confirming aesthetics with minimalistic approach to its product design, highlighting the California-made toxin-free products that are free of paraben and petrochemicals. Standing firm against animal testing and focuses on substance over style, Skin Need targets a wide demographic with wholesome skincare for skin rejuvenation and protection from UV, aging and inflammation through artfully calculated formulas. The brand pays continuous efforts into shaping the new skin care efforts of many, redefining the notion of self-care with equal parts functionality and personalisation.
From 1 January to 28 February, Palm Court will transform into a getaway haven that presents the exclusive Skin Need Afternoon Tea Set, featuring savoury and sweet treats developed based on the style and key ingredients of Skin Need, such as Red Raspberry Seed Oil, extracted from the seeds of the luscious berry, a crucial ingredient that protects the skin from UV damage while moisturising the skin through its enriched Vitamin E content; as well as Algae and Seaweed Extract, proven for anti-inflammation and anti-aging.
The Skin Need Afternoon Tea set highlights The Langham’s creative classics in savoury and sweet tea delights set to impress. Highlights include Crab Meat Brioche topped with Champagne jelly; Smoked Salmon Seaweed Sandwich, and Raspberry Duck Foie Gras Puff. For a taste of sweet pleasure, indulge in the Citrus Olive Oil Cake that highlights the zesty citrus with the ethereal olive oil sponge cake with a touch of praline mousse; the Raspberry and Pistachio Cake with vanilla Chantilly cream; and the Orange Chocolate Cake, featuring orange in three textures — butter cake, jam filling, and toppings, a bright and auspicious treat specially created for the Chinese New Year occasion.
To embrace the vegan nature of Skin Need’s skincare product line, the pastry team has also created two exclusive plant-based treats — the savoury Beetroot and Pomelo Vegan Tartlet highlighting the refreshing pomelo and beetroot in a crisp tart shell; as well as the Vegan Carrot Cake, where the humble root vegetable is transformed into the American classic with mixed nuts and vegan vanilla cream.
The Skin Need Afternoon Tea is complete with a selection of plain and dried fruit scones from Palm Court, accompanied by the hotel’s signature Rose Petal Jam and European Sour Cherry Jam. Guests will also be presented with an exclusive Rosy and Nourished Skin Care Gift Set with compliments from the skincare brand. The skin care set includes UV Perfect Rosy Pink SPF40; 5 pieces of the Hyaluronic Acid + B5 Aqua Infusion Mask; and a voucher for a bespoke Facial Treatment valued at HKD200.
The Skin Need Afternoon Tea Set is available from 1 January to 28 February 2026. Afternoon Tea is available on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) from 3:00pm to 5:30pm; and on weekends (Friday to Sunday) and Public Holidays in two sittings, from 2:15pm to 4:15pm and 4:30pm to 6:30pm. The tea set is priced at HKD758 for two on weekdays; and HKD808 for two on weekends and public holidays.

- The Langham, Hong Kong is highlighting its enchanting celebration with a marquee event — The ‘Wonders In Light’ Christmas Afternoon Tea co-presented with Chow Sang Sang, Hong Kong’s premier jewellery house. The collaboration is inspired by the brand’s flagship YuYu collection, as the hotel’s experienced team of pastry chefs conceptualisesthe intricate jewellery designs and the stories behind the collection in a tasteful collection of treats that resounds the theme.
- Crafted by the pastry team led by The Langham’s executive pastry chef Tin Lai, the savoury treats embellish the abundance of ocean harvest, featuring a melange of seafood as the main focus.
- Crab Meat Pearl - crabmeat is enrobed within geometric crisps of sago chips, puffed to resemble pearls in jewels.
- Marble Scallop Blini pairs the ethereal wheat blinis with fresh sashimi-grade scallops and topped with (insert variety) caviar and gold leaf for a true taste of luxury.
- Warm Lobster Salad Spinach Jade sees the beloved crustacean as filling for the miniature seafood tart, topped with a creamy yet herbaceous spinach dome.
- The Abalone Vol-au-Vent elevates the French hors d’oeuvres classic with sweet capsicum and tender cubes of abalone.
- White Chocolate & Strawberry Cake features lime sponge cake with strawberry and lime compote filling lightening the white chocolate cream filling

This holiday season, Palm Court is basking the festive cheers with joyous spirits as the hotel presents an exclusive four-course Festive Set Dinner. The prix-fixe showcases an exciting array of Christmas gourmet offerings, showcasing reinvented gourmet traditions beloved by generations of food lovers. The menu begins with a choice between refreshing Cranberry Apple Quinoa Salad or Cumin-Flavoured Shrimps on Barley and Asparagus Salad, followed by a velvety smooth Butternut Squash Velouté with Roasted Hazelnut and Gratineed Baguette with Gruyere Cheese. Guests can indulge in a choice of main courses, from Crispy Sea Bass with Fennel and Pimiento sauce; to Provencal Beef Tenderloin with Grilled Zucchini and Thyme Jus, to a festive main course: A Turkey Roulade with Chestnut Stuffing and Gammon Ham with Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Bacon, and Brussels Sprouts.
