• Snorkeling masks are available for rent at PHP150 payable directly to the operator. You may also opt to bring your own snorkeling masks
• Boat transfers between Coron and Malcapuya Island take approximately 1.5 hours

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Pick-up information

• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• You will receive a text message on the day of your tour for the exact pick up time
• Pick up time:
• 07:30-08:00
• Coverage locations: Coron Town only
• For guests staying outside Coron Town, there would be a surcharge for pickups payable directly to the driver (PHP2,000 per way for Club Paradise, Busuanga Bay Lodge, Marina Del Sol, and El Rio Y Mar)

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
