Great Wall Half Day Tour (Mutianyu)

Really enjoyable trip to the Great Wall, inclusive friendly, knowledgable, and flexible guide, safe driver, and clean vehicle. Would book again.

On average, the tour is not cheap and doesn't include any food or drink. I think the price is high. I don't recommend it to everyone.

it was a great trip. altough we arrived a bit late due to traffic, it was still a very good trip overall. driver can speak good english.

I booked this trip a month ago and kept asking customer service during the process, but I always got canned messages. I asked customer service for the tour guide’s contact information the day before the trip, but the customer service didn’t provide it. When the scheduled time of the trip came, the tour guide also Neither of them contacted me. After contacting customer service immediately, they took urgent action and departed an hour later than the scheduled time. As a result, the local travel agency did not process the order at all, and only temporarily found a tour guide and driver on the same day. The bottled water mentioned in the itinerary was not provided either. I won’t use klook anymore. I asked customer service from the time I placed the order to the day of the trip, but I got canned messages and no real person reply at all. I only got a real person answer the day before the trip. The service was really poor.

I was lucky enough to meet the tour guide David, who is a talented person with a deep understanding of history and geography. There were Spanish tourists in the same group, and the whole process was explained carefully in English. Warm suggestions for other attractions in Beijing will also be provided. He is a highly recommended tour guide who is patient and well organized.

David is well versed with everything that needs to be known with the great wall.

I loved every moment spent with our driver and with our tour guide. They are absolutely friendly and knowledgeable of the place. You can see that she really loves her job. It is also a plus that she's amazing at taking photos. I highly recommend to this tour and Miss Mei.

The 7 seater car was clean n comfortable. The tour guide was friendly but the explanation in English was difficult to understand.
