Seamless process to check in. I accidentally arrived an hour early but they did their best to accommodate my early arrival. The foreign staff did the initial check up (took pictures of my scalp & explained the reasoning for the issues I was concerned with). The scalp care course itself was great- you get to lay in a warm bed in your private room and each step of the scalp care is explained as it is applied. There is also different massages throughout that period. If you’re sensitive like me it might hurt/tickle you, but it feels great in the end. After the treatment, it’s rinsed and you’re taken to get your hair blow dried and styled. From there they have you sit in the waiting room and give you a delicious cup of tea (available for purchase if you like) and will talk about products you may want to purchase. Overall, it was a great experience. All of the staff was friendly and days later my hair/scalp still feels great!! My issues turned out to be nothing serious other than the weather and lack of nutrients~~ I would recommend this for people who have scalp concerns.

It was a true healing experience for both my scalp and mind. The whole experience was perfect. My head felt like 10 pounds lighter and my hair was smooth after the treatment. The only bad thing is the price…it is pricey. hope they can give more discounts on products.

I have been seeing this experience on social media. I’m glad I found it here on Klook. Interesting experience. I enjoyed my time there. Nice staff. Definitely on the more expensive side of things…I bought a couple suggested items and I left a review for them on Google as well for a gift but ended up not receiving it (I believe on accident?). Did not find out until I was already back at the hotel.

The scalp regeneration is a good experience but will only do it once. They only checked my scalp before the treatment. No after treatment check so I don't know if my scalp improved. Not wowed by it, just ok. try to look for other scalp care clinics.

The staff are nice and friendly. Dr Lee also gave professional opinion. Overall it is relaxing.

This was my second time using the service and I was very satisfied. I felt relaxed. I would like to use the service again. I would be even happier if the price was a little more reasonable.

I had a relaxing experience for the course selected. It felt like my scalp was cleaned throughly and had an aromatic smell after. There was also simple hair styling provided in which the stylist did a good job perming my hair as per my request. The consult with the doctor was good as we went through the details on the problems with my scalp, what I should look out for and what I can do to improve the condition. He also kindly responded to my queries on my condition. They also provide a drink that was delicious after the scalp treatment.

The clinic boasts a welcoming environment with a clean, modern aesthetic that contributes to a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional, making the appointment feel smooth and pleasant.

A very good experience, the environment is very relaxing and the scalp can be completely cleansed. Moreover, the service lady explained in detail and introduced very good products.
