- Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 15+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Strollers are allowed in the aquarium, except in the Auditorium area

- Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

- By bus: Take any bus to Brighton town centre and head to the seafront. The entrance is a few minutes from the bus stop near the traffic lights or the Old Steine stop, a short walk away
- By train: 20-minute walk from Brighton Train Station
- By car: Main routes into Brighton lead to the seafront. From London, take the A23; from Portsmouth or Eastbourne, follow the A27 to A23. The nearest NCP is under the Waterfront Hotel. Seafront parking is unavailable, but you can park at Withdean Sports Complex and take the 27 bus for GBP 5 return
