• During the tour, groups of 6 or more people will travel in vehicles equipped with Nappa business vans; groups of fewer than 6 people will use 7-seater vehicles.
• Luggage restriction: Due to vehicle model and passenger capacity limitations, each person is allowed to carry one 26-inch suitcase. If this rule is exceeded and results in an inability to carry the load, the guests shall be responsible for their own liability.
• If you are traveling with children (under 8 years old), please be sure to inform customer service in advance when booking and provide information such as the children's ages, to ensure child seats ($20/time) can be prepared ahead of time. If a safety seat cannot be arranged in a timely manner due to failure to provide the above information, it may lead to itinerary delays until the child seat is ready. Cancellation policy
