Island hopping in Havelock on our own boat: you snorkel two reefs with a guide, stop at quiet Turtle Beach and pass John Lawrence and Peel, seen from the boat only (no landing). Then a slow run along the mangroves and sunset on the water before we head back to Beach No. 3.
What to expect
Island hopping from Havelock on a 4-hour private boat trip, 1 PM to 5 PM, from our dive centre in Govind Nagar (Beach No. 3). For 4 to 6 guests.
- Free hotel pickup and drop inside our pickup area
- Two guided snorkel stops (two of Juvi's, Tribe Gate, Lighthouse and Turtle Beach, picked on the day)
- A beach stop at Turtle Beach on the quiet south-east coast
- John Lawrence and Peel islands of Ritchie's Archipelago seen from the boat (no landing), the mangroves and sunset on the water
- Water, juice and snacks on board (no lunch on this trip)
Non-swimmers are welcome with a life jacket; minimum age 5. A special-area permit (Rs 500 per Indian, Rs 2,500 per foreign guest) is paid on the day. The captain decides on the day if the sea is safe.
