Terms and Conditions for the Event Page

• The organizer of this concert is MakerVille Company Limited (the "Organizer").
• Spectators must hold a valid ticket to enter the concert venue, with a limit of one ticket per person. Attendees must comply with the specific terms and restrictions of this concert and the venue, including but not limited to age restrictions, behavioral codes, and prohibited items. Venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or request the departure of anyone in violation.
• Admission to this concert is strictly restricted to individuals aged 6 or above who hold a valid identity document. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Venue staff reserve the right to check participants' identity documents to verify age, and may refuse entry if verification fails.
• Concert ticket data and admission confirmation codes (if any) will become null and void once deleted, modified, or tampered with. In the event of any loss, damage, alteration, forgery, theft, fraud, or unauthorized use, the Organizer will not assume any responsibility or reissue tickets, and any photocopies will be deemed invalid. In case of any dispute, the records of the Organizer shall prevail, and the Organizer reserves the final decision-making power.
• If the Organizer discovers or suspects anyone scalping tickets for this concert or engaging in any illegal activities (including but not limited to misappropriation of personal data or forgery of identity documents), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket purchase and/or admission qualifications of the relevant persons and invalidate the related tickets. The Organizer also reserves the right to take legal action. Individuals whose ticket purchase and/or admission qualifications are canceled will not be able to enter the event venue, and the canceled tickets will become invalid. All paid ticket fees, including handling charges, will not be refunded.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of this concert without offering ticket refunds or exchanges.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change or postpone the performance date of this concert, cancel this concert, reassign or reduce seating at any time without assuming any responsibility to relevant persons for any expectation gaps, inconvenience, loss, or damage. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final.
• Ticket holders must be seated according to the row and seat number on their concert ticket.
• Ticket holders must comply with Hong Kong laws, safety guidelines of the Organizer and the venue, venue rules, and instructions from the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees should pay attention to their own personal safety and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior within the venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or demand the departure of any ticket holder who fails to comply with relevant regulations at any time. In case of any emergency, attendees should immediately seek assistance from staff.
• The Organizer reserves the right to determine the time and method of admission for latecomers, and ticket holders must follow the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and/or venue staff for admission.
• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the concert venue. Except for authorized personnel, all persons are strictly prohibited from bringing photography and video recording equipment or tripods into the venue.
• Smoking, eating, drinking, sound recording, photography, video recording, or live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the concert venue. Bringing dangerous items such as glass bottles, food, beverages, metal sharp objects, flammable items, laser pointers, floating balloons, or metal balloons into the concert venue is also prohibited.
• No animals (except guide dogs with prior written consent from the venue) are allowed to enter the concert venue.
• To avoid disturbing the concert, please turn off alarm clocks and mobile phone alarm functions during the concert.
• Bringing any objects that obstruct or hinder the view and enjoyment of others is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to handbags/backpacks larger than 38x30x20 cm, large light boards (maximum size of 38x30x20 cm), selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, and stools. The Organizer reserves the right to confiscate the aforementioned items until the end of the concert. If you have such restricted items, please deposit them at the venue's cloakroom service counter or self-service lockers on the ground floor.
• If any person violates these terms and conditions, violates the rules of the Organizer and/or the venue, harasses others, or engages in any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to demand that the person leave the venue immediately without any compensation or refund.
• The proceedings of this concert may be photographed, recorded, and/or live-streamed. The Organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or publish them on television worldwide and in any other media deemed appropriate by the Organizer, and/or in any other form. All intellectual property rights of this concert, including but not limited to the live recordings and/or the intellectual property rights and all other rights of the audio-visual products recorded during the relevant proceedings, are permanently owned by the Organizer. Entry into the concert venue by a ticket holder constitutes consent to being recorded or photographed, and the ticket holder hereby irrevocably waives all present and future rights (including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights, and moral rights) to the content of the live concert recordings and/or related audio-visual products.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable to ticket holders or any other persons for any direct or indirect injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by participating in this concert or its related proceedings, accepting or using souvenirs (if any), or participating in any activities related to souvenirs (if any).
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted four hours before the start time of this concert, or if the concert needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, please check the latest announcements on the Organizer’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official) / MIRO Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MIRO.weallare) / Instagram (https://instagram.com/miro.weallare) and/or MIRROR Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MIRROR.WeAre) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mirror.weare).
• Purchasers of concert tickets, ticket holders, and attendees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable regulations relating to this concert. The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any updates or modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the Organizer’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official) / Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official). In case of any dispute, the Organizer shall have the final and binding decision-making power.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Ticket purchasers, ticket holders, and attendees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
• In case of any dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the Organizer reserve the final decision-making power.
