- Please note that this tour does not include an English-speaking guide or tour conductor.
- Children aged 5 and above are welcome to participate.
- To prevent unauthorized resale, please provide your passport number when making your reservation. Your passport number will be verified on the day of the tour.
- For guests staying overnight, please inform us of the number of suitcases you have after booking so that we can arrange luggage storage accordingly.
- The Night Cruiser experience, including the ropeway ride, takes approximately 75 minutes in total.
- Snow Monsters are a natural phenomenon. The tour may be canceled on the day of departure due to insufficient snowfall, damaged ice formations, or severe weather conditions. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided; however, rescheduling to another date is not available.
- Please wear warm, layered clothing and non-slip footwear. Snow boots are highly recommended when visiting the Zao Ropeway area.
- Meals are not included. We recommend bringing your own snacks, especially for the late-night journey. Please take all trash with you, as no garbage disposal service is available.
