Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- Partial refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
- Tickets can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been validated.
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

- Participants must be aged 4+ to participate in this activity
- Free for children aged 0-3
- Free for children with a height of 1cm or below
- Free for children aged 0-3 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
- Children aged 0-14 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children with a height of 1cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 8+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children from 5 years to 7 Pay Half Price
- Children with a height of 0cm or below can join this activity free of charge
- Children aged 0-3 can join this activity free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge
- Participants aged 0-7 are considered children, based on their official ID
- Children under 3 years old are considered infants, based on their official ID
- Children aged 8+ will be charged the same rate as adults
