- From May 29 to October 12, visitors with a Royal Palace of Aranjuez ticket can enjoy free access to the temporary exhibition Brambila, painter of the Royal Sites at the Royal Collections Gallery in Madrid by presenting their ticket
- Access for persons with disability and manual wheelchairs are available in the Palacio Real and Museo de Faluas
- It is permitted to take photographs without flash for personal use, except in places expressly prohibited for this purpose
- The use of tripods, selfie sticks or similar items is not permitted
- The privacy of visitors and workers must be respected
- Free admission applies to children aged 0–4 years old, unemployed visitors, and visitors with disabilities
- Reduced price applies to seniors over 65 years old, young people aged 5–16 years old with a valid ID card or passport, and students up to 25 years old with a valid national or international student card
- Persons in legal situation of unemployment that accredit this circumstance by means of Employment Demand Card or equivalent document issued by the competent organisation
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
