• Please select the correct transportation package when booking: Private Car or Shared Limousine/Sleeper Bus. Private Car transfers are exclusively for your group, while shared transfers may use a Dcar Limousine, VIP Limousine, or Sleeper Bus, subject to availability.
• Day 2 includes a guided local village trekking experience. The route and duration may be adjusted depending on weather, trail conditions, and guests’ physical ability.
• Day 3 includes a guided visit to the Fansipan area. Fansipan Cable Car, funicular, mountain train, and other optional tickets are not included.
• The itinerary, attraction order, meal times, and departure times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, road conditions, hotel arrangements, or operational requirements.
• This tour is priced per person. Please book the total number of adults in your group. The child fee covers the additional transfer cost from Hanoi to Sapa, while children will share the same tour services and arrangements as the accompanying adults.
• Services already provided are non-refundable if changes occur due to weather, road conditions, attraction closures, or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.
• Please note that transportation for the private tour includes two different arrangements: a private D-Car/Limousine for the Hanoi ⇄ Sapa transfer, and a separate private local vehicle (4-seat, 7-seat, or 16-seat) for sightseeing in Sapa, depending on the group size and local road conditions.
• The same vehicle will not be used throughout the entire journey. However, a private vehicle will be arranged exclusively for your group and will not be shared with other guests.
• Single Room Surcharge: Guests requesting a private room or traveling alone must pay VND 1,000,000 for a 3-star hotel, VND 1,600,000 for a 4-star hotel, or VND 2,200,000 for a 5-star hotel for the full 2-night stay.
• Holiday Surcharge: An extra holiday surcharge of VND 850,000 per person (3-star), VND 1,050,000 per person (4-star), or VND 1,500,000 per person (5-star) applies for travel on Dec 22 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 29, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 2 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 14 to Apr 17, 2027; Apr 28 to May 3, 2027; and Aug 30 to Sep 2, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site.
