- Participants aged 4-11 are considered children, based on their official ID
- Children aged 13+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Reduced-price student tickets are available for participants aged 12–17 with a valid student ID
- Participants aged 13-64 are considered adult, based on their official ID
- Participants aged over 64 are considered seniors, based on their official ID
- A complimentary self-guided audio tour is available on your mobile device in English and Spanish, while large-print brochures, audio tour transcripts, and selected exhibit labels can be requested at the front desk
- Free admission is available from 16:30 to 19:00 on the following dates, with no ticket required: Friday, September 5; Friday, October 3; and Friday, November 7
- A valid student ID must be presented to redeem the student admission ticket
- Audio commentary is available in English / Spanish
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
- Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
