- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
How to use
Redemption information
- Route 66: If Route 66 is closed or under construction, it will be adjusted to the Zhongwei Gaomiao Scenic Area. Failure to go will be considered a waiver, and no refund will be issued.
- Shapotou Scenic Area: Shapotou is divided into 2 areas: 1. Yellow River Area: Wang Wei Observation Deck, 3D Glass Bridge, Sheepskin Rafts, Yellow River Zipline, Yellow River Speedboat, Bungee Jumping, Desert Museum, etc.; 2. Desert Area: Desert Camels, Great Desert Flying, Sand Sea Soaring, etc. Shapotou only includes the first entrance ticket, and activities within the scenic area require additional payment. The scenic area will adjust appropriate tour routes based on seasons, weather, and crowd flow. Please refer to the scenic area's announcements for details. When visiting the scenic area, please follow the guidance of staff and pay attention to safety!
- Meal reminder: This package does not include any meals. It is recommended to bring some snacks to eat at noon.
- Driver's note: This itinerary does not include a tour guide, only a Chinese-speaking driver is arranged, and the driver does not speak English. If you do not speak any Chinese, it is recommended that you consider your booking carefully. Thank you for your understanding.
- Optional activities: The tour guide will recommend optional activities, which you can choose voluntarily based on your needs; there is no compulsion.
- Preparation before travel: 1. Clothing: For spring and summer, loose, sun-protective long-sleeved shirts and pants are recommended; for autumn and winter, warm clothing and pants are suitable. Windproof and sand-proof clothing is suggested for the desert in spring and summer due to frequent sandstorms. 2. Footwear: Mid-to-high-top shoes with no mesh on the surface are recommended to prevent sand from entering. 3. Equipment: Water bottle, sunglasses, brimmed hat, sunscreen, etc. 4. Photography equipment: Camera and other photographic gear, spare batteries and chargers, and take measures to protect against sand.
- Safety tips: During the trip, please follow the team leader's arrangements, unite and help each other, do not stray from the team, and ensure smooth communication; when participating in activities, follow safety guidelines and pay attention to personal safety. Some areas of the desert have no signal, so please inform your family of your itinerary in advance to avoid their worry.
- Booking restrictions: Seniors: Those aged 60 and above must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by a family member to travel; those aged 65 and above cannot be accommodated. Minors: Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a family member to join the tour; independent registration is not accepted. Patients, pregnant women, and those with mobility issues: Those suffering from serious illnesses (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illnesses, severe anemia, post-operative recovery period, etc.), pregnant women, and those with mobility issues cannot be accommodated. If you conceal your condition to join the tour, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- Park Voucher: Entry to the scenic area requires the original ID card, passport, or Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Travel Permit filled out at the time of booking. If entry to the scenic area is denied due to document issues, additional costs will be at your own expense. Please inform us in advance if you hold a discount certificate.
- Shopping reminder: Shopping at scenic spots and along the way is a personal voluntary act. Please choose carefully and keep your invoices and certificates properly; this type of shopping is not related to the travel agency.
- Other reminders: Tourists are not allowed to leave the tour group without authorization during the trip, otherwise all losses and consequences caused thereby shall be borne by the tourists themselves; if the itinerary is delayed or other expenses are incurred due to irresistible factors, tourists are requested to understand and bear them themselves; once this itinerary is participated, no fees will be refunded for any reason if guests leave or withdraw from the group midway.
