Fair 1.0

We booked a one-day tour departing on August 1st. In the days leading up to the departure, we repeatedly received calls from the supplier asking if we would like to join other tours, which we declined each time. Even at around 6 PM the evening before departure, the supplier contacted us again to ask about joining other tours. After I declined again and pressed for more information, he finally admitted that there weren't enough participants. I asked him to confirm if the booked tour was canceled and requested a refund. Only then did he confirm the tour was canceled and said a refund would be processed as soon as possible. However, as of August 28th, we still haven't received the refund! The tour description stated that it would proceed with a minimum of two people, and since there were two of us, why couldn't the tour proceed? Furthermore, even if there weren't enough participants and the tour had to be canceled, this should have been communicated much earlier, not the evening before departure. This completely disrupted our plans! We strongly demand that the refund be processed as soon as possible!

Fair 1.0

We were only informed the day before the tour that it was canceled, and then asked if we wanted to upgrade to a private tour for AUD 800 per person. It left a really bad impression.
