• Bullet train: Tourists holding a Chinese mainland ID card can directly swipe their ID card to enter the station. Foreign tourists should present the original document filled in when placing the order and enter the station through the manual channel; if the passenger misses the train and delays the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refund will be given, please understand;
• For passengers holding a passport or a Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan travel permit, purchasing high-speed train tickets requires a photo of the front page of your document; please send the order number and photos of the front page of all travelers' documents to the supplier's email address on the confirmation slip or to your travel butler as soon as possible after order confirmation.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers with them will be their guardian during the tour. Seniors aged 65 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend. Reservations from pregnant women are not accepted; we appreciate your understanding.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• Children and adults are charged the same price; if eligible for free admission to the scenic area, the price difference will be refunded on-site at the scenic area according to the current free admission regulations of each scenic area on that day.
• The itinerary involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. Please ensure your physical condition allows for it. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and to pay attention to safety during the trip.
• Hotel accommodation: By default, a hotel twin room is arranged, with 2 adults per room. Room sharing is not possible. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, you must purchase a "single room supplement".
