• Children's prices only include meals and seats, excluding admission tickets and beds. Any other expenses incurred will be at your own cost.
• Single room supplement incurred for solo travelers staying in hotels throughout the trip.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)

Redemption information

• Due to irresistible factors (such as natural disasters, traffic conditions, government actions, etc.), our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of sightseeing attractions without affecting the itinerary.
• For group tours, adults must present a valid ID card, and children must present proof of identity. Travelers under 18 years old who are not accompanied by a guardian must have a contract signed by their guardian and submit a written consent form from the guardian for travel. Seniors over 70 years old must be accompanied by a family member and sign a waiver agreement before our agency can accept them.
• Tickets are a unified package price for travel agencies (special groups: student ID, disability certificate, military ID, etc., discounted tickets are not reduced or refunded).
• Any shopping venues located within scenic spots, restaurants, service stations, or other places are not related to our agency and are not shopping stores arranged by our agency.
• The entire journey provides one designated seat per person, without assigned seat numbers. Guests who arrive first can choose their seats, and they must remain in the same seat throughout the journey. Please do not privately switch seats midway. Please respect the Chinese nation's excellent tradition of respecting the elderly and caring for the young, and try to let the elderly, weak, sick, disabled, or those prone to motion sickness sit in the front seats.
• Attractions and activities included in the tour itinerary enjoy group prices, and our agency needs to book and pay in advance. If a guest cancels the trip midway due to personal reasons or cannot complete the itinerary due to flight schedule, our agency will not refund meal and admission fees. Furthermore, the guest's act of leaving the group is considered a unilateral termination of the contract, and any resulting consequences or losses are unrelated to the travel agency and shall be borne by the guest.
• Complaints are based on the local reception tour feedback form. Please fill it out truthfully. False or uncompleted forms will be considered as having no reception issues, and complaints made after returning will not be accepted by our agency. To protect your rights, if you are not satisfied with our reception quality, please contact our staff immediately so that we can assist in handling it.
