• Participants should be in good health and comfortable with boat travel and light walking
• Follow all instructions provided by the tour guide, boat crew, and local community hosts
• Wear comfortable clothing, sun protection, and suitable footwear
• Life jackets must be worn during boat transfers when required
• Snorkeling activities are weather-dependent and subject to sea conditions
• Please help preserve the marine environment by not touching or collecting corals, giant clams, or other marine life

Cancellation policy

• 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at 10-15 days before the selected activity date
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made at 1-9 days before the selected activity date
• No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Amendment policy

• Amendments are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity date
• Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the requested change

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
