• The Snow Park is scheduled to open on December 20, butthe opening may be postponed depending on snow conditions.In that case, we will cancel your confirmed reservation and issue a full refund of the tour fee.
• If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or other reasons, we will refund the equivalent amount of the fee.
• Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
