Reviews summaryDespite the relatively high price, this is a novel and well worth it experience. The staff go the extra mile to make it fun, engaging and memorable. The facility is clean and there is a cafe and gift shop for pre/post climb activity. A considerable amount of time was spent on the safety prep, but even then it was done in an interesting and fun way. We were given standard overalls to wear over our clothes, so avoid wearing loose clothing (i.e. dress, skirts, big sweaters). Phones and accessories are not allowed (i guess to avoid dropping them up there), if you wear glasses they will give you a special strap for it. Lockers are also provided and there are water stations along the route in case you get thirsty. Overall a great experience and must do in Sydney!
I went up on a sunny day, the view is spectular. Our guide is friendly and talks along the way to share history of the bridge and opera house making the walk a lot shorter than it feels. she also takes very nice photo.
Overall it was an absolutely fascinating experience. I embarked on the ultimate summit which lasted for upto 3.5 hours. The waiting area, facilities and staff are really kind. The experience started on time. Really good pictures taken during the climb and helpful info. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a little not too scary adventure.
If you can only do ONE thing in Sydney that’s worth every penny and memories that last a lifetime, this is it! We are a family of 4 with two teens and I’ve never seen both my kids smile genuinely in pictures 😁😂. our tour guide Eloisa was energetic and we can tell she loves her job! Highly recommend it especially the night climb! we went up during sunset and came down at night.
It was a memorable experience indeed! I booked the night summit from 1845H to 2145H. from orientation to the experience itself! The orientation will take you around 30-40minutes from the time of your booking and the rest will be climbing and descent. Didn't expect that there would be a tour guide who would explain some history of the area. a very recommendable trip!
Quite a stunning view and an attractive activity. Definitely worth a go if time permitted, the bridge is one of the best attractions in Sydney, hands down. No digital picture included in the package, it needs about AUD 60 additional paid on site to get the digital pictures for 1 / 2 people. Still, excellent and friendly tour guide, very safe given all the safety measures, and excellent facilities. Just to make sure you know that there is nothing that you can bring with you except the glasses. No phone / watch / wallet / camera / whatever, and be expected to pay extra on top if you do need a pictured for social media.
In foreign countries, they say that if you climb the Harbor Bridge, you'll get lucky. I heard that directly during the self-introduction time. I went alone, but everyone came as a couple, and they kept kissing while taking pictures. It was so romantic.
Very happy to see the sunrise. Experience: Not very tiring.
Very unforgettable experience! I was a little worried about whether it would be too high and scary, but when I reached the summit (the highest point of the bridge), I felt that this experience was worth it!!! Even my 77-year-old mother could complete it successfully and praised it The scenery on the top of the bridge is very beautiful!!!
This was a terrific excursion with unbelievable views of Sydney. We did twilight and it was perfect temperature and the light made for great pictures. Our guide Jim was simply outstanding and he provided a fun, fact filled tour. You cannot bring your own camera or phone, but they have stops where the guide gets pictures for you and you can purchase after the tour for around $60 AUD.
