With a simple method of just wrapping fresh sashimi (salmon, tuna, etc.) and vinegared rice in plastic wrap and shaping it into a ball, even beginners can create beautiful temari sushi. By adding edible flowers, it becomes a gorgeous dish that looks like a work of art.
