• Jialing Xiaodu ferry departure times for reference: 10:00 to 17:10 (Due to flooding in the Jialing River, Jialing Xiaodu ferry service may occasionally be suspended recently; specific sailings are subject to the pier's arrangements on the day).
• One adult can only bring one free child; any additional children must purchase tickets at the adult price.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to irresistible natural factors such as tides and government actions. Please refer to the on-site information.
• If the sailing is canceled due to weather or other reasons after exchanging tickets, please be sure to process the refund on the spot with your boat ticket, otherwise, no refund will be possible.
• Ferry tickets are sold under a real-name system. When purchasing or exchanging tickets on-site, you must present your valid identification document.
• For other self-funded activities, please consult the cruise service staff for specific charging details and invoice issuance.
• During waiting, queuing, and seating, follow arrangements in an orderly manner, reserve sufficient safe space, avoid crowding or pushing to prevent accidents such as squeezing, strains, falls, falling into water, or falling from heights, and pay attention to maintaining a safe distance.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Children taller than 120 cm (inclusive) are charged the same as adults.
