• Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
• Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance
• This is a shared transfer and early or late pick-up is possible
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
• Guests will receive confirmation of their exact pickup time via email or WhatsApp on the afternoon before the tour, typically between 16:00 and 18:00
