Some staff were not very familiar with redemption process but it's alright, as there were always senior staffs around to assist. Great discount as Playmade is quite costly. Playmade's chrysanthemum drink with chrysanthemum pearls is my favourite drink.

Unable to redeem the second voucher as playmade informed that the voucher has expired/no longer partnering with klook. However the first redemption was easy.
