- Different accessibility is provided for attractions, please refer to the attractions website before the visit
- The minimum number of participants for a tour is 2 people. Orders will be confirmed at the latest 72 hours before departure.
- The driver will contact you one day before departure. Please be sure to provide a local contact method that can be reached normally to ensure smooth itinerary arrangements.
- Picnic mats are provided free of charge for borrowing. If needed, please collect them from the driver upon arrival at the venue and return them proactively when boarding the vehicle for the return trip. Please use and store them properly to avoid affecting the rights of subsequent users. Thank you for your cooperation.
- The number of picnic mats is limited. If needed, please note it in your order, and we will try our best to reserve one for you. This is an additional brand service; if there are not enough available on site, no refunds will be given. We appreciate your understanding.
- Fireworks and drone performances will be arranged on the evenings of 7/6, 7/17, 7/31, 8/14, and 8/21 (a total of 5 days). Passengers are requested to confirm their return time when placing an order, as no temporary changes can be made on the day of the event. Please be aware.
- This activity is a transportation shuttle service and does not include hot air balloon tickets. Passengers must arrange and purchase tickets themselves.
- The shuttle service only provides round-trip transportation to and from the Luye Gaotai Hot Air Balloon venue and does not include shuttle service to the Light Sculpture Music Festival venue.

I highly recommend purchasing the shuttle service, especially if you're trying to get an early morning hot air balloon tethered experience. The driver was waiting for us at the hotel downstairs even before dawn, and during the ride, he enthusiastically introduced us to the sights along the way. Upon arriving at Luye Gaotai, we didn't have to park far away and walk a long distance; we were dropped off right next to the large grassy area, allowing us to head straight to the ticket booth. It was truly worth every penny!
Our driver, number 16, picked us up at 2:30 PM. He said that if we went too late, we'd get stuck in traffic because of the light sculpture show in the afternoon. Taking the back roads, we arrived really quickly, and the return trip wasn't bad either. Otherwise, I was worried the kids would get fussy. Big thanks to the driver! The hot air balloon and drone fireworks show was definitely worth seeing. A perfect first experience!
I'm very satisfied with this hot air balloon festival! The driver was very polite, punctual, and didn't waste any time. He pointed out the scenery and even shared information about the local culture when we passed through Beinan Township.
The driver contacted us in advance. On the day of the activity, pickup was at 3:40 AM, and there were two other parties sharing the ride. We arrived at the venue by 4:20 AM, and the driver picked us up promptly at 7:00 AM.
I highly recommend booking a car! The driver was very steady, and the car was also very clean. I especially recommend it for early morning tours! The scenery along the mountain route on the way back was beautiful! The driver also had many great recommendations. I would definitely book again if I have the chance!
The driver was amazing! I only gave him the name of our guesthouse (a new one), and he still managed to find it. He instinctively dropped us off right at the guesthouse, saving us from having to go elsewhere. This trip was truly worthwhile, filled with wonderful memories. Thank you for your service.
The driver's skills were excellent, and he was very friendly and attentive to our group. However, it would have been even better if he had driven a little slower; safety first. The pick-up time kept getting moved up, but there were indeed a lot of people, so it's good to anticipate this and arrive early.
