From Da Nang: Marble Mountains, Coconut Forest Basket Boat & Hoi An Ancient Town Tour

Hello, It was such a good experience and well organized trip. good option for a family with a kid born in 2015 as well. good time and good history and background helped us to enjoy more. The trip began from 2p.m. whih is cooler and finished at 8p.m. good time to sightseeing Hoi An nightview. Dinner was fine in local restaurant as well.

I highly recommend this tour as it combines the famous Marble Mountain and Hoi An in a well-phased itenerary. Eric, our tour guide, speaks English fluently and is very knowledgeable of Vietnam’s history. Just some tips: (1) make sure that you read and understand that this is a walking tour, (2) bring an umbrella/raincoat since the weather might be unpredictable, (3) skip the lantern boat ride or try it once for the experience, and (4) if you plan to watch the Hoi An Memories Show, you can let the tour guide know in advance that you will not ride back to Da Nang (and just book Grab, it will save you a one-way fare).

The tour started off with exploring the Marble mountains.. didn’t know need to climb sooo many steps. Luckily it was not raining. If you have difficulty doing lunges then better don’t go. Lunch was abit meh.. have taste but not the best. Guide didn’t bring us around: it was more self exploring. Coconut boat was a good distance and there was karaoke and the fast spinning option if you like and want to pay extra.

This is a very well-organized tour. The tour guide was very nice and even recommended some spa places to me after the trip. I also had an enjoyable time with everyone in the group. He explained everything clearly throughout the tour, and the dinner was great. Highly recommended!

This tour has potential, but the itinerary needs improvement to provide better value and a more meaningful experience. Marble Mountains & Lang Da Non Nudc: For me, this stop was not worth the time. It offered little that was interesting or educational. I would recommend replacing it with a more meaningful cultural, historical or local experience. Bay Mau Coconut Forest, The basket boat ride was also disappointing. Basically, tourists are floating along the river with limited activities or information. A good tour is not about visiting more places; it is about experiencing better places. I would rather spend quality time in Hoi An than waste valuable hours at attractions offering limited cultural or educational value. Improve the itinerary, strengthen the cultural experience, provide proper Halal food and give Hoi An the time it deserves. As a paying tourist, I want more than simply to see a place; I want to learn, experience and leave with memories worth keeping.

Enjoyed our day into evening trip to Marble Mountain, Coconut village and Hoi An. Eric was a very informative guide and made sure my sister was taken care of in terms of food with her peanut allergy. Hope to come back to Hoi An to do some shopping in the future.

Real value for money! It is a real bonus to have a local guide “Billy” and dinner is included - very delightful. Wear good walking shoes for the beautiful Marble Mountains. The Coconut Jungle boat rides are fun & entertaining. Hoi An is magical, vibrant and colourful, it’s a must do. Our hosts were able to do a Hotel pick up/drop off to end a wonderful day!
