• On weekends and Japanese national holidays, due to the pedestrian-only period implemented on Ginza Chuo-dori, buses will not be able to pass and will instead operate on the alternative route, "Sotobori-dori." Additionally, on Sundays, due to traffic control implemented on Uchibori-dori around the Imperial Palace, buses will instead operate on "Hibiya-dori." Please note that if these detour routes are used, the on-board audio guide system will temporarily suspend its service. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• ＜Rainy Day Operation Instructions＞ The stairways and passages may be slippery when getting on and off, so please pay special attention to safety. During travel in rainy weather or after rain, tree sap or water droplets may fall when passing by roadside trees or through tunnels, so please be aware. In situations where wind, rain, or lightning affect driving safety, the roof may be closed for travel after assessment by staff. In the event of strong winds, heavy rain, snowfall, thunderstorms, or other severe weather, or if the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a warning for Tokyo's 23 wards, the organizer will suspend or cancel the tour depending on the circumstances.

• ＜Notes on eating and drinking during the ride＞To ensure all passengers can enjoy a safe and comfortable journey, please observe the following rules if you wish to eat or drink inside the vehicle: Only food and beverages purchased at "Tokyo VIP Lounge" may be brought onto the bus. As this is an open-top bus, there will be strong winds and vehicle swaying during the ride. Please be careful to prevent containers or trash from being blown away or scattered by the wind. Please be mindful of other passengers and avoid spilling drinks or food on their clothing due to vehicle swaying or strong winds. To maintain a clean environment inside the vehicle, please do not drink uncovered beverages, and do not consume foods that easily drop crumbs or ice cream. If you accidentally spill a drink or drop food and soil the floor or seats, please promptly wipe and clean it yourself to help maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Please take your trash with you when you exit the bus. *Please do not place trash in the mesh bag in front of your seat.
