- The experience takes an average of 1 hour and 45 minutes and may be more or less depending on the time you advance through the pavilions
- Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis and can be requested at the parcel area near the main entrance; an official ID is required for the loan
- Single strollers are permitted, double strollers are not
