Tickets

• Children's instructions: Infants and toddlers under 2 years old are not charged for tickets; if they occupy a seat, a ticket will be charged.
• Children under 1.2 meters (excluding) are charged a child's ticket and must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.
• Children: Those 1.2 meters (including) or taller are charged an adult ticket.
• Arrive at the theater in advance to exchange for a paper ticket to select show times and seats. Seats are distributed in order based on the ticket exchange time, first come, first served.

• Performance times: Monday to Sunday, sessions: 14:00/16:00/19:30 (subject to actual reservation)
• Duration: Approximately 60-70 minutes (subject to actual on-site conditions)
• Specific session times are subject to the ticket purchase prompt. Each session is over 60 minutes. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes in advance.

• Please keep quiet during the performance, do not walk around or make loud noises, and set your phone to silent.
• Once paper tickets are exchanged and seats are selected, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• Please keep your paper ticket safe; it is invalid if lost.
• Paper tickets are only valid for use on the day of issue.
• Please take your assigned seat according to the seat number on the paper ticket.
• Paper tickets with any modifications or graffiti are invalid.
