Luggage Policy:
- The vehicles can accommodate one bag or suitcase per passenger seat. All luggage must be declared upon booking. Smaller items that fit in the passenger footwell (e.g. laptop bag, handbag, or small shoulder bag) do not need to be declared. The passenger shall be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles will be required to transport excess luggage
- Each declared luggage shouldn’t exceed the following sizes: Based on a maximum combined size of 62 inches or 158cm length + width + height. There is no maximum weight restriction for this service

Easy booking and payment direct so no need to handle cash with driver, professional driver, friendly, helpful and punctual. Price was cheaper than getting a taxi, highly recommend booking for airport transfers.
Feedback to Klook: * A person at the service desk was able to show me my name so the check-in process was smooth. * It was a 12-personal van so I asked him if there are other people, the driver originally said No. * But he asked me to wait for 'a few minutes' it turned out to be 20 minutes. He ended up asking people around the van waiting area and got another 4-5 passengers. I asked a guys sat next to me how much the driver charged them, and he said "10 Euro". * I was the first one to be dropped off so I didn't have to go to others' hotels. The complaint here is that we didn't know it would be an overcharge for a private service but ended up being a shared service and other than our payment sponsored the trip, he picked up another 40-50 Euro on his own. I think Klook should give us partial refund because it was a 'pooled service'.
