could have been more efficient. it is great the local operator responded quickly with reservation code ... could have mentioned to go DIRECTLY TO ZONE 1A ... rather than having me to call your operator 3 times !! the Filipina was a little bit slow to provide the exact details too ... so of you arrive LAX without a sim card or call credits you are SCREWED !! please be more clear in your intinerary about ZONE 1A ..... also to contact passenger one day in advance rather than LYING ABOUT CALLING ME and then give me an attitude over the phone .... i wasn't very impressed with their service as compared to other Klook operators world wide ... but it did get sortef ..... there was NO KLOOK booth to be seen or KLOOK signs .... info counters have no idea what klook is ... also could have mentioned that the local operator was actually OPOLI ...... had a hard time trying to get directed to where im supposed to be picked up.... their service could have been better

upon booking, the info was that we are allowed 2 luggages per person as long as it would not exceed 50 lbs per luggage. but unfortunately, the driver told us that the car can only accommodate 4 luggages so the rest of our group had to take a taxi since we cant fit in the car and the rest of the luggages. but apart from that, the driver was nice and helpful.
