Synopsis

It has been a year and a half since Dokgo left the store. A new night-shift part-timer, Hwang Geun-bae, joins the "Always Convenience Store."

While he may seem similar to Dokgo in some ways, he carries a very different energy. Geun-bae is actually an actor who applied for this part-time job to perfectly portray the character "Dokgo" in a play titled The Second Chance Convenience Store, written by playwright Jeong In-gyeong.

Driven by In-gyeong’s criticism of his acting, Geun-bae decides to protect the store's nights himself to truly understand the essence of Dokgo’s life.
