• Important: The visiting order between Halong/Lan Ha Bay and Ninh Binh may change due to weather or cruise operations, but all key experiences are guaranteed.
• Two dinners in Ninh Binh are not included. Guests may dine at the hotel restaurant or enjoy local food at their own expense.
• Accommodation in Ninh Binh will be assigned by the service provider based on room availability and operational conditions. Guests will stay at Si Grand Hotel, Ocean Hotel Ninh Binh, Narci Resort Tam Coc, or a similar hotel of equivalent standard.
• Transfers for Ha Noi – Ha Long – Ninh Binh are operated by a driver only (no guide on the bus).
• For Halong overnight cruises: Child age is calculated based on the year of birth. One child aged 0–3 years old stays free per room; an additional charge applies to the second child in the same room.
• Please note that the tour price does not include Hang Mua ticket (VND 150,000/person). Please prepare cash to pay directly on site.
• Before your departure date, our operations team will contact you to reconfirm the booking details and request any additional information if necessary, including passport details, the permitted duration of stay in Vietnam for visa-exempt guests, or the visa expiration date for guests traveling with a visa.
• During the rainy and typhoon season, Halong Bay cruises operate only with approval from the Halong Bay Management Authority. If the overnight cruise is suspended due to weather or safety regulations, the supplier will arrange the most suitable solution whenever possible.
• Refunds apply only to unused services. If guests return to Hanoi, VND 600,000/pax for round-trip transfer will be deducted. If a Halong Day Cruise is arranged instead, VND 1,500,000/pax will be considered used and deducted from the refund.
• An extra charge applies for travel on peak dates (Aug 30 to Sep 2, 2026; Dec 21 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 28, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 1 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 13 to Apr 17, 2027; and Apr 27 to May 3, 2027), payable directly on site: 3-star package: VND 950,000 per person; 5-star package: VND 1,500,000 per person; 6-star package: VND 1,800,000 per person.
