Luggage Services

  • We will notify you of the location in the airport by email after the reservation is confirmed
  • Baggage Requirements: Weight must be 25kg or less. Height must be 100cm or less (excluding wheels and handles)
  • Luggage exceeding 25kg poses a risk of wheel and handle damage with no compensation
  • If your luggage is lost or damaged due to mishandling, flight damage, or similar incidents, compensation of up to KRW 500,000 per item will be provided. Compensation also covers the contents if they are affected.
  • Please note that no compensation will be provided for luggage damaged by natural disasters or political conditions.
  • Please note that valuable items such as electronics, passports, IDs, luxury items, and similar items are not permitted for this service.

Luggage Pickup and Drop-Off Information

  • Luggage Dropped Off Before 17:00: Delivery will be made after 20:00 and received on the same day.
  • Luggage Dropped Off After 17:00:Delivery will occur the next day between 18:00 and 20:00.
  • Please check with your hotel in advance to confirm if they can hold your luggage upon drop-off.

Additional information

  • It takes about 8 hours to receive your luggage. You can pick it up within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • If you drop off your luggage after 5:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
  • Please note that an additional fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if you do not arrive within your booking time

1️⃣ Airport → Hotel Process

  • ① If you drop off your luggage between 07:00–17:00:  → Delivery starts at 17:00 on the same day  → Estimated arrival at your hotel around 20:00 on the same day
  • ② If you drop off your luggage between 17:00–22:00:  → Delivery starts at 17:00 the following day  → Estimated arrival at your hotel around 20:00 the next day
  • ※ LINE ID search is not supported. Please provide a QR code only.

2️⃣ Hotel → Airport Process

  • ① Please leave your luggage at the hotel front desk before 10:00 AM.
  • ② Our delivery staff will pick it up between 10:00–12:00. (If the luggage is not accessible when the staff arrives, it may be marked as a no-show.)
  • ③ Please visit the airport booth at your reserved time to collect your luggage. (Pick-up available between 15:00–22:00)
  • ※ Luggage cannot be collected after 22:00. Additional fees may apply for late booth visits.

3️⃣ For Airbnb Guests

This service is designed for deliveries to and from hotel front desks. If you are not staying at a hotel, please send us the following 3 details via messenger: ① Room number (or floor number if no room number available) ② Exact location where the luggage will be left ③ Password for the building’s main entrance (1st floor)

※ If your accommodation has no front desk, delivery will be made to your door. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items in such cases. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

FAQ.

Q1. Will I be notified when pickup and delivery are completed?

  • We do not provide real-time delivery updates. If your luggage is being delivered from the airport to a hotel, it will be picked up between 10:00–12:00 and delivered around 20:00.
  • If you’re using the hotel-to-hotel delivery service, your luggage will also be picked up between 10:00–12:00 and delivered around 20:00.
  • For hotel-to-airport deliveries, your luggage will be available for pickup at the airport at the time you specified in your reservation.

Q2. Can same-day delivery be made if I arrive after 5:00 PM?

  • Unfortunately, no. Since the delivery team departs from the airport at 5:00 PM, any luggage dropped off after 17:00 (5:00 PM) will be delivered the next day around 20:00 (8:00 PM).

Q3. Do you deliver to areas outside of Seoul and Gyeonggi Province?
