The company has its own fleet of vehicles, in which each vehicle and each seat is equipped with USB and TYPE-C chargers. In the summer season, we provide each of our tourists with a neck fan with cold air free of charge, so that in hot weather they can cool down and feel comfortable throughout the tour. In the winter season, we also provide our tourists with warm and pleasant to the touch gloves free of charge, and for an additional fee you can buy very warm socks. What to expect
Travel in a comfortable Mercedes-Benz Sprinter VIP (16 seats) equipped with USB and Type-C charging ports. The tour includes an English-speaking guide, all entrance and environmental fees, UAZ transfer from Saty village to Lake Kaindy, and waterproof shoe covers if needed. Departure daily from Almaty. I had an absolutely amazing time with my tour guide! Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the history of every spot I visited, but he was also extremely helpful in giving me the best transit options and directions to get to my destinations smoothly. Amani was amazing—friendly, approachable, and made the tour enjoyable! Since it was my first time traveling solo, I experienced a bit of travel anxiety during the long drive/flight. Although it was anxiety rather than nausea, I really appreciated that she help by asking the other tourists if we could switch seats. That small gesture meant a lot and made me feel more comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The return drive felt a little fast for my comfort, but everything else was well organized and enjoyable. It would have been easier to find the vehicle if you had provided a photo of it before departure, but other than that, it was a top-notch tour.

Good to know
Please bring warm clothes, water, snacks and sandwiches for the tour, because it will be a long day.
We will have lunch around 13:00 at Kolsai Lake. Usually one meal costs 3500-5000 tenge.
You might get lucky riding horses, but that’s another expense item.
Therefore, I recommend having cash for each person, about 15,000-20,000 tenge for entertainment.
