# [Pre-Trip Information]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (being late/getting lost/feeling unwell, etc.), no refunds will be given. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour. Throughout the entire tour, you will be sharing transportation with other passengers. Parking is not allowed at will outside of attractions.
• Depending on the number of participants on the day, a small car model with a driver serving as a guide may be used. The pace of small car tours is relatively flexible, but explanations will focus on basic information. Thank you for your understanding.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and scenic area controls. In the event of delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Travelers who need to take flights or Shinkansen on the same day should sign up with caution and allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any excess luggage, a fee of 2,000 yen/piece must be paid to the driver on the spot. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.
• For those over 70 years old and pregnant women, you must contact the staff email jingyu12333@163.com at the latest one day before departure to request and sign a disclaimer, and return it before you can participate in the itinerary.
• Regarding the flowering period and autumn leaf conditions, they may be earlier or later due to climate change that year. Once the group is formed, we will not accept requests for refunds due to unmet expectations.

• The stop times at each attraction have been optimized based on the overall route design. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time to avoid affecting the itinerary of all travelers.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. In the event of delays or changes in order, refunds or compensation cannot be requested, so please understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic jams may occur during holidays and peak tourist seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the tour order depending on the situation on site.
• Please abide by the park's safety regulations in the Fuji Safari Park. Without permission, do not feed animals, pat the car windows, or engage in dangerous behavior. You will be responsible for any related consequences.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for your own safety during this period.
