- Certain items are prohibited inside the monument for security reasons. This includes weapons, glass, sharp objects, food, or alcoholic drinks.
- The visit follows a scheduled group entry. We kindly ask all participants to stay with the group throughout.
- We recommend traveling light, as there is no cloakroom on-site, visitors won’t be able to enter with large bags, backpacks, or helmets.
- Please note that the descent from the rooftop involves stairs.
- The elevator can only transport 6 to 8 people at a time.
- Skip-the-line tickets do not include security check lines. During the high season, the waiting time may be extended.
