  • -Elderly: Xinjiang is located in the far northwest, with high mountain altitudes, dry and hot weather, long scenic drives, and bumpy roads. It is not recommended for elderly people over 70 to join the tour. If they want to join, they must be accompanied by a family member aged between 28 and 55 at a ratio of 2 adults to 1 elderly person. The family member must provide a physical health certificate from a Grade III Class A hospital within the last month and must fill out the "Tour Waiver", which must be signed and confirmed by immediate family members.   1. Xinjiang is located in the northwest region, and its economy is somewhat different from that of the mainland, so the food, accommodation, and transportation are different from those of the mainland. Please understand.
  2. Xinjiang has a two-hour time difference with the mainland and uses Beijing time for work and rest; Xinjiang's rest time is around 00:00 in the evening, and the working time is around 10:00.
  3. There is a large temperature difference between morning and evening, and the maximum temperature difference can be around 20 degrees Celsius. When sleeping at night, the air conditioner should be turned on to a moderate level. Do not make it too cold or do not cover yourself with a quilt when sleeping to avoid physical discomfort.
  4. Because Xinjiang has a vast area, the car ride is long. In many cases, tourists need to get off the car and walk or personally experience the fun of riding horses and camels. Therefore, a pair of suitable shoes is especially important.
  5. Many areas in Xinjiang have high altitudes and strong ultraviolet radiation. Tourists should prepare sufficient and effective sun protection products, and also equip themselves with medicines or granules for clearing heat, quenching thirst, and moisturizing, so as not to be unable to withstand the excessively dry and hot climate for a while. Please bring your own motion sickness medicine.
  6. When traveling in Xinjiang, due to the long journey and large temperature difference, tourists may not be able to adapt for a while, and symptoms of acclimatization may occur. Gastrointestinal colds and diarrhea are prone to occur. Be sure to pay attention to food hygiene and carry commonly used medicines, such as band-aids, cold medicine, or medicines for gastrointestinal discomfort.
  7. Xinjiang is the hometown of fruits, and eating fruits in Xinjiang is a great pleasure, but do not drink hot tea after eating fruits, so as to avoid diarrhea.
  8. Xinjiang is a residential area for many ethnic minorities with a strong religious color. Ethnic groups who believe in Islam do not eat pork, etc. Please respect ethnic cultures.
  9. The quotations for most areas in Xinjiang when purchasing weighing goods are kilogram quotations (except for Hotan in southern Xinjiang).
