# [Pre-Trip Information]

• Please be sure to arrive on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (late arrival/getting lost/physical discomfort, etc.), you will not be refunded. Please note that no refunds will be given.
• This itinerary is a fixed route group tour, and you will need to share a ride with other passengers throughout the journey. Parking is not allowed at will outside of the attractions.
• Depending on the number of people in the group on the day, a small car model with a driver doubling as a guide may be used. The pace of small car trips is relatively flexible, but the explanation will mainly be basic instructions, please understand.
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and scenic spot control. If there are delays or partial changes, no refunds or compensation will be provided. Passengers who need to take flights or bullet trains on the day should register with caution and allow sufficient time.
• Each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, and any additional items will need to be paid on-site to the driver/guide at a rate of 2,000 yen/piece. Please be sure to note this when placing your order. Those who do not notify in advance, the guide has the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.
• For those over 70 years old and pregnant women who register, they must contact the staff email jingyu12333@163.com at the latest one day before departure to request and sign a disclaimer agreement before participating in the itinerary after returning it.
• The Fuji Safari Park tickets, jungle bus, animal interaction, and feeding experience fees included in this itinerary are all at your own expense on-site. Whether it is open and the specific fees are subject to the park's announcement on the day.
• Some areas of Fuji Safari Park may be temporarily closed due to weather, animal health, or park arrangements. We will not accept requests for refunds or complaints due to this.
• Regarding the flowering period and autumn leaves conditions, it may be earlier or later due to climate changes that year. Once the group is formed, we will not accept requests for refunds due to failure to meet expectations.

[Notes During the Trip]

• The duration of stay at each attraction has been optimized according to the overall route. Please be sure to abide by the meeting time so as not to affect the itinerary of all passengers.
• The itinerary time may be adjusted due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. If there are delays or sequence changes, refunds or compensation cannot be requested based on this. Please understand the uncertainty of the journey.
• Traffic jams may occur during holidays and peak tourist seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the tour sequence depending on the on-site situation.
• Please abide by the park's safety regulations in Fuji Safari Park. Do not feed animals without permission, slap the car windows, or perform dangerous behaviors. You will be responsible for the relevant consequences.
• In order to maintain the cleanliness of the car, please do not eat or drink in the car. If damage is caused, cleaning fees will be charged according to local standards.
• If you leave the group on your own or leave the team midway after the itinerary starts, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver of service, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for your own safety during the period.
