  • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle
  • Hotel pick-ups are available from 05:00am-6:30pm. Meanwhile, airport pick-ups are between 06:30am-9:00pm

Driver was good. Many pick up for other passengers but still in time.

Pick ups from airport was smooth although the driver was a bit blurred when we shown our Klook print out, so make sure you got the company name or call the vendor the get the driver/plat number info. Punctual but please allocate sufficient time (departure) in case the driver needs to make several stop for other pick ups, after all it's a shared transport.

Due to the delay of my flight I had missed the transfer, however once I got there I contacted a member of the Klook team, who was extremely helpful and got in touch with the driver, who said he would be back at the airport within the next 30 minutes for the next transfer. This was a great service!

Zero stars. Shuttle did not turn up after more than an hr. The office kept saying 30 min more each time we call in. After 1 hr they refused to pick up the phone anymore. Had to take an uber in the end. Waste of time and money. Klook pls remove from ur platform.

This is the worst transfer service ever. Waited for 1hr, called the office twice, everytime informed that transfer will arrive in 20 mins...the last 30mins, office uncontactable! The van was also in very poor condition with driver very rude to pax.

they did not show up for pickup from the airport, and they wouldn't answer the phone so I took a cab instead
