[Booking Process and Usage]
- Please complete your booking at least 3 days before your flight departure and provide complete and accurate flight information and passenger passport English name and other necessary information when placing your order. If the information is incorrect, it may affect on-site reception or service use. Once the information is completed and the booking is successful, it will be deemed that the service has been arranged, and no separate booking completion notification will be sent.

[Entry Procedure]
- After the plane lands, please follow the airport signs to the Immigration inspection area.
- Before the Immigration inspection area, look for staff holding signs with the words Love Vietnam.
- The staff will verify the passenger information and guide you to the designated priority pass channel.
- Once passengers enter the Immigration inspection area, according to the airport immigration unit regulations, staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance.
- Please keep moving forward within the designated pass channel throughout the process. If you leave or change the channel on your own, the service may be interrupted.
- Passengers are required to complete the Immigration inspection procedures by themselves according to the on-site instructions. The entry clearance service ends after the Immigration inspection is completed.

Ho Chi Minh Airport (SGN)
- Ho Chi Minh Airport is the busiest international airport in Vietnam, with dense flights and large passenger traffic. 09:00-18:00 every day is the peak period for entry and exit. Customs clearance may take more than 3 hours. This service can help reduce the waiting time for customs clearance, but it is not queue-free or guaranteed immediate clearance. Please confirm that you can accept it before placing an order.
Hanoi Airport (HAN)
- Due to Hanoi Airport's operating regulations, on-site departure service cannot receive passengers by holding up signs. Please be sure to add the supplier's WhatsApp: +886 916351972 48 hours before the flight departure and provide the order number to facilitate the subsequent provision of the meeting location and reception instructions. Failure to join within the specified time may affect the on-site reception arrangements.

- This service is a priority pass assistance service. The actual queuing time and pass speed will depend on the airport's passenger flow and on-site operations arrangements on the day.
- If the service cannot be provided within a reasonable time after cooperating with the on-site process, please contact customer service for processing immediately. If it is confirmed that it is not a passenger factor, a full refund will be provided.
- This service is mainly provided during periods when there are many people at the airport to assist passengers with entry and exit clearance procedures
- From 02:00-05:00 in the morning, due to the small number of people at the airport, customs clearance operations usually only open a single channel. Even if you use the priority pass service, you may still share the same route with general passengers. This is an airport management operation arrangement and is not a service abnormality.
- Because the pass channel cannot be effectively distinguished during the above time periods, in order to maintain overall service quality and manpower deployment, entry and exit reception services are not provided from 02:00-05:00 in the morning.
- This service is only applicable to international flights and cannot be used for domestic flights. Please confirm the nature of your flight before placing an order.

- If the flight is an overnight flight (e.g. departing from 00:00-02:00), please be sure to use the actual flight date as the filling date when ordering; for entry service, please fill in the correct arrival date and time, and for exit service, please fill in the correct departure date and time.
- If the service arrangement time does not match due to incorrect date filling, the passenger will be responsible for the related impact.
- If the service airport ordered is obviously inconsistent with the flight information provided, or the information is incorrect and does not meet the service conditions and the service cannot be arranged, the order will be canceled and a refund will be processed.
- After completing the order and providing the correct required information, it will be deemed that the service has been arranged, and no separate individual arrangement completion notice will be provided.
- Passengers are responsible for preparing a passport valid for more than 6 months on the day of using the service, as well as relevant documents and visas that meet the purpose of entry. This service does not include Vietnam visa application or agency.
- This service is only applicable to electronic visas. If the passenger's visa is a visa on arrival, an additional waiting service fee of US$6 will be charged on site due to the additional waiting and processing time. Please prepare the relevant forms, photos and fees by yourself.
- Passengers holding Chinese passports need to prepare an additional US$5 and 2 ID photos with a size of 4×6 cm or 2×2 inches when entering Vietnam.
- The on-site staff of the departure service will only wait and receive passengers 2 hours before the flight departure. If passengers arrive at the meeting point too early and no staff has been arranged to wait on site, it is a normal operation arrangement.
- On-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Once passengers are guided to the designated pass channel or enter the Immigration inspection area, on-site staff will no longer be able to enter the queue to provide assistance. Please keep moving forward within the designated route throughout the process. If you leave or change the pass channel on your own, the service may be interrupted.
- In case of a large crowd, if you cannot find the staff at the designated meeting point in time, please contact customer service via WhatsApp immediately and provide the order number, photos of the scene environment and your current location, and wait in place according to the instructions.
- If you fail to contact and confirm in the above manner and go through customs or leave the designated process on your own, you will be deemed to have given up the service and no refund will be provided.

Q1: Does priority pass mean “no need to queue”? A1: No. This service is a “priority pass assistance service” and is not a queue-free or VIP fast channel. During peak periods or when there are many people, you may still need to wait for a short time. Q2: Why do I seem to be in the same line as general passengers? A3: Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City is one of the busiest airports in Vietnam. 09:00-18:00 every day is the peak period for entry. When flights arrive in a concentrated manner, all passengers (including those using priority pass) may need to wait. The purpose of this service is to help reduce waiting time and process guidance, not to guarantee immediate clearance.
Q4: Is it just someone taking me to walk, and it doesn’t actually help? A4: No. This service includes on-site guidance, process assistance and priority route arrangement, not just a pointing service. Q5: Why can’t the staff accompany me all the way to the end? A5: According to airport and Immigration Bureau regulations, on-site staff can only provide assistance in designated areas. Q8: My flight departs in the early morning, which date should I choose when ordering? A8: If your flight departure time is 00:00–02:00 in the morning, please use the “actual flight departure date” as the ordering and filling date. For example, if the flight departs at 00:30 on June 2, even if you arrive at the airport on the evening of June 1, you still need to select June 2 when ordering. The reception time of this service is arranged according to “2 hours before the flight departure.” If you fill in the previous day’s date when ordering, it may cause the service time to be incorrect, which will affect on-site reception. Q12: Why do I still have to wait for my luggage even though I have passed the Immigration officer inspection quickly? A12: Priority pass service only assists the Immigration officer inspection process. Luggage unloading and turntable operations are the responsibility of the airline and airport system and are not related to the customs clearance process. Even if passengers have completed priority pass, they may still need to wait for luggage with other passengers, which is a normal entry process.
