- Bring earphones to listen to the audio guide in English & Danish, available at selected locations throughout the castle
- Please bring a valid ID for student tickets
- Cloakrooms are available for free. Large backpacks and luggage are not permitted in the castle
- Service and guide dogs are allowed inside the venue
- Strollers and baby carriages cannot be brought inside the castle and must be parked according to the staff's instructions. Changing tables are available in the toilet
- Photography is allowed for personal use only. Tripods and camera stands are not permitted. Please avoid touching or damaging exhibits, be considerate of other visitors, and follow staff instructions at all times
- Cycling is not permitted in the castle grounds and bicycles are not allowed in the castle courtyard
- You are welcome to eat your brought food in The Old Kitchens (De Gamle Kokkener)
- You will find the public paid parking lot north of the castle
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
